1. Scope of Quotations & Single Line Diagram (SLD) Reliance
All engineering proposals, equipment bills of quantities (BoQ), and commercial quotations issued by Baskara Riau Teknik are formulated based on the client Single Line Diagram (SLD) and technical specifications provided at the time of inquiry. Official proposals remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance, subject to copper busbar and imported breaker raw material exchange rate fluctuations.
2. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) & Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Prior to dispatch from our Pekanbaru fabrication workshop, clients are formally invited to attend the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). Testing encompasses: visual mechanical inspection, wiring continuity, 50 kV power frequency insulation withstand test, and breaker timing checks. Upon site erection, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and secondary injection relay verification are executed in the presence of client engineers and accredited inspection bodies (LIT).
3. 12-Month Comprehensive Workmanship Warranty
Baskara Riau Teknik provides a twelve (12) month engineering workmanship warranty starting from the date of successful commissioning or statutory energization (SLO issuance). This warranty covers panel assembly craftsmanship, busbar joint torquing, and wiring integrity. Major components (such as circuit breakers, relays, and transformers) carry standard factory manufacturer warranties passed directly to the client.
4. Client Site Readiness & Civil Infrastructure
Unless turnkey civil substation construction is explicitly contracted to Baskara Riau Teknik, the client is responsible for preparing concrete substation plinths, cable trenching, adequate access roads for heavy crane trucks, and an earthing well achieving resistance below 1.0 Ohm per PUIL 2011 standards.
5. Safety Compliance (K3) & Force Majeure
Both parties agree to uphold zero-accident safety practices. Our field engineers reserve the right to halt energization procedures if unsafe external grid voltages, ungrounded lines, or hazardous rain/flooding conditions occur. Neither party shall be liable for project turnaround delays resulting from acts of God, extreme natural disasters, regional grid collapse, or civil unrest.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from contract execution shall first be resolved through good-faith technical mediation. If unresolved within thirty (30) business days, disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the District Court of Pekanbaru (Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru).
