Incoming & Outgoing Cubicles
Equipped with heavy-duty Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) or Load Break Switch (LBS) SF6 insulated, capacitive voltage indicators, and earthing switch interlocked for personnel safety.
Metering & Tariff Cubicle
Fabricated strictly in accordance with PT PLN (Persero) technical guidelines. Housing precision PT (Potential Transformers) and CT (Current Transformers) with certified accuracy class.
Digital Protection Relays
Integration and setting of numerical relays (Schneider Sepam/Micom, ABB, Siemens) for overcurrent (50/51), earth fault (50N/51N), thermal overload (49), and arc-flash detection.
Busbar & Factory Testing
Tin-plated electrolytic copper busbars sized for continuous nominal currents with generous temperature rise margins. High potential (hipot) and 5 kV insulation resistance testing before dispatch.

Commissioning & Insulation Testing
Secondary injection relay testing, contact resistance measurement, high-voltage insulation tests, and trip simulations.
SLO Certification & Grid Energizing
Official inspection by accredited LIT body, issuance of ESDM NIDI and SLO certificates, and joint energizing with PT PLN.
