ENGINEERING SCOPE & CHALLENGES
The modern palm oil mill project required reliable 20 kV power distribution to run heavy inductive machinery including FFB sterilisers, thresher drums, screw presses, boiler feed pumps, and centrifugal sludge separators. In an environment with 85%+ relative humidity and conductive palm dust, electrical equipment requires extraordinary insulation safeguards.
CHECKLIST KESELAMATAN & HSE (K3) BRT
- Grounding pit terpasang dengan nilai tahanan tanah teruji 0.48 Ohm (Standar PUIL < 1 Ohm).
- Panel LVMDP dilengkapi proteksi air circuit breaker (ACB) 3.200A bersertifikat SNI dan Schneider Micom relay.
- Penarikan kabel tanah SKTM berisolasi ganda XLPE/NA2XSY dengan pasir pelindung dan batu penanda jalur.
- Pemasangan fire stop barrier pada setiap penetrasi kabel masuk ke ruang kontrol gardu.
- Pengujian resistansi isolasi 5 kV megger dan uji kontak pemutus tenaga (contact resistance test) sebelum energize.
